• South City Partners is a fully integrated mixed-use development company focused on creating extraordinary residences in distinctive communities while providing our partners with solid returns. South City and its principals have a long history of successfully developing award winning projects throughout the southeast. South City, formed in 2011, is headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia. South City founding principals, Mark Randall and John Long have collectively developed more than 13,500 units in the past decade. These projects represent a diverse portfolio of multifamily housing including Market Rate Apartments, Workforce Housing, Age Restricted Apartments, Student Housing, and For Sale Condominiums. Recent projects include West 22, an 850 bed, purpose-build, student housing project at Kennesaw State University and 280 Elizabeth Street, an in-town, mixed-use project that includes 200 units and approximately 40,000 of street-front restaurants and shops. While at their previous respective companies, the principals of South City partnered on five high-rise projects across Atlanta, Georgia. South City is a natural evolution of the partnership fostered in those earlier projects. South City was founded by friends with a keen eye for quality design, flawless execution and a history of creating and empowering great teams that build great projects and communities. It is this philosophy of team work that is at the core of each successful project. A well-executed project can only happen when the principals have developed a deep understanding of the market dynamics, identified a great site, selected the right design professionals and contractors, brought in knowledgeable investors and lenders and then developed a concise road map and schedule for everyone to follow.
