Mckafka Development Group has purchased in excess of $50 million in distressed land and standing inventory in South Florida since their inception; including 62-distressed units at Las Olas by the River in Fort Lauderdale and 120 units at Gallery Art in Downtown Miami. Mckafka Development Group has successfully purchased and sold 400 units to international buyers. Mckafkas next venture takes them to the heart of the current real estate boom of South Florida, the Biscayne Corridor, where they will soon reveal a high class waterfront development.
