    Description

    • Responsible for long and short range planning tasks including implementation of comprehensive planning, land development regulations, annexations, variances, special exceptions and mitigating impacts from external development pressures and State mandates. Perform all site plan reviews including zoning review for building permits and conduct site inspections. Act as Town Code Enforcement Officer. Responsible for all cases before the following boards: Board of Zoning Adjustment and Appeal, Planning and Zoning Board, and Code Enforcement Board. Present all planning related cases and items to the Town Commission.
