- Every child deserves the opportunity for quality education and by simply providing them the tools, they are given the chance to succeed in today's world. At SA YES, education and empowering our community is our passion and we provide the support that helps ensure each and every child we serve is given the opportunity to reach their full potential. The San Antonio Youth Educational Support Foundation (SA YES) exists to help San Antonio and South Texas children and youth living with financial challenges create a future through different programs focused on education. Since 1998, SA YES has provided over 300,000 deserving students with free school supplies and has awarded more than $3 Million in scholarship money to area students for higher education and awarded grants towards computer equipment for local non-profits and students. As we move forward into the future, we will continue to focus on serving children and community groups with free school supplies and educational technology grants. We strongly believe that providing educational support is a hand up, not a hand out.
