- Art à la Carte is a registered non-profit organization in Calgary that brings art, conversation and joy to long-term patients by transforming sterile hospital rooms and treatment centres into areas of greater comfort. Since 1994, more than 82,000 visits have been made to local health care facilities by compassionate volunteers, who offer comfort to patients and families, restore dignity and heighten morale.
