- We are building high quality video education paired with hands on training and real world engineering projects that allows students to learn high paying job skills. We differentiate ourselves from pure play video content players through our process guiding students though project ideation, execution and finally through creating an end product - initially in 3D printing. Over time we plan to add other production techniques beyond 3D printing, ones required for today's manufacturing jobs. Including CNC Milling, laser cutting, mold making, injection molding, and other additive and subtractive manufacturing techniques. We are starting with female focused mechanical engineering and 3D printing education at the elementary and secondary school level.We teach girls the fundamentals of mechanical engineering software and 3D modeling through inspiring, interactive jewelry design lessons. Through our classes, girls learn to create and produce their own designs. KiraKira will help girls to broaden the academic fields they pursue as well as future career paths in science, technology, engineering, arts and math.
