Description

• TOGETHER! is a nonprofit organization with a mission to advance the health and well-being of all young people. We offer a unique mixture of youth direct service programming, community mobilization, health promotion and advocacy to strive toward our vision that all young people are supported, healthy, safe and valued. Our core values, equity, mobilization and systems change drive our work to create communities that think of young people first. If you are interested in the synergy and intersection between public health and education, check out our website, open positions, volunteer opportunities or other ways to engage or partner. Our organization is passionate about transforming schools, communities and families to create resilient and healthy children. As an employer, we strive to live our values and mission internally. We are a family friendly employer, offering flexible schedules, bring your baby to work programs and a fun and engaging work environment that puts our people first. We know that to create healthier families and communities we have to start with our staff! TOGETHER! has been awarded the YWCA of Olympia's Business of Achievement (2015) award for our work in the community and within our organization to support the advancement of women and families.
