DLE provides management and technical support to our clients in the commercial nuclear industry, the Federal Government and Engineering/Procurement/Construction companies in the US, Canada and Europe, in the following main three areas: 1. Technical Support DLE provides technical support services to the Department of Energy (DOE) under an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract DE-EM0002035. As of August 2014, we have 24 task orders supporting DOE national labs and DOE offices. DLE is a project solutions integrator helping our clients with project planning, scheduling, cost estimating, risk analysis and cost modeling.2. World Class QA Program Development We have developed QA Programs for Federal & commercial nuclear clients in the US and Europe (AMEC, Schneider Electric, Burns & McDonnell), transformed Quality and Safety cultures, developed strong continuous improvement programs and developed Human Performance Improvement initiatives. 3. Training & Process Improvement DLE provides a PMI certified workshop on Root Cause and Event Investigations Fundamentals, and Leadership and Conduct of Operations training.
