• CaP Biomaterials, LLC was founded with the purpose of producing calcium phosphate, powders, granulates, and forms such as blocks. These are intended to be raw materials that will be used by customers to make finished products, primarily for medical use, but not limited solely to medical use. CaP Biomaterials manufactures its products directly from raw materials and has control of the chemistry. The manufacturing capability encompasses the entire range of calcium phosphate chemistry including but not limited to, hydroxyapatite, tricalcium phosphate, dicalcium phosphate, fluoroapatite. The potential physical forms of the products are also widely variable and can include sintered and unsintered, powders, and dense, porous, or solid granulates of a wide variety of particle sizes, as well as solid or porous shapes, or pressed parts. Materials can be produced in quantities ranging from a few grams up to multiple kilogram quantities. Products are made to order for specific customers and their requirements. Every effort is made to standardize the products as much as possible, but in the end, customer requirements dictate the final specifications. CaP Biomaterial also conducts various analytical testing of calcium phosphate bioceramics, including: phase determination, crystallinity, Ca:P ration through XRD, particle size, dissolution and solubility.ISO 9001:2008 Certified
