• ALLY RISK SERVICES MERGES WITH JH BERRY INSURANCE BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (January 20, 2015) Barry Faulkner, President of Ally Risk Services, recently announced the acquisition of the J.H. Berry Insurance Agency. The newly merged company will combine the insurance and risk management expertise of Ally Risk Services with the insurance experience that comes with the JH Berry name, a brand that has been in the insurance business since 1908. The new company will take the name JH Berry Risk Services.Weve always had great respect for the JH Berry brand and were honored to be joining forces with a company that has been in business for more than 100 years, said Barry Faulkner.
