- I wanted to remind myself that life is full of beauty. My wife bought me a digital camera so I could take photos of the things I saw. I started out taking simple landscape photographs of sunrises and sunsets. I took photos of flowers and basically anything that didn't get out of my way fast enough.I went from showing the wife my photos to wanting to print and frame some of them. So I bought a printer and some matting and framing tools and put pictures on my walls. I started taking photos to work and having my Monday morning gallery exhibit.Next I decided to put my photos up on the web so I could point people to it if they were curious about what kind of photos I was taking. The website has expanded to include a lot of what my life is and how I came to be where I am.The next step for me is actually selling my photographs, and perhaps making a living at photography.
