• Traekos, a company that focuses on high quality evidence based onsite services, was founded by Peter Matos, DO. As a former military physician, Dr. Matos had a unique opportunity to be both a consumer and a provider of onsite occupation medicine services. During this time, he experienced a lack of consistency and customer service across the many different sites he oversaw. When Dr. Matos left the military, he founded Traekos to provide the high quality evidence based care that was not available to him prior. He wanted to focus on improving health outcomes and meeting the needs of the employees and employers. Traekos operates on the belief that onsite care requires an approach that is flexible, customizable and holistic. We strongly focus on customer service as well as continuous quality improvement with our clinic partners. We believe ongoing education and training of our employees is vital to the success of our company. We are dedicated to focusing on a small number of clients in order to assure that we can maintain the quality of care and customer service that we believe our clients deserve.
