• Introducing L.I.G.H.T (Leaders Investing in Great Heights for Transformation) Mentoring! As leaders we illustrate collective work and responsibility in order to form unity. The purpose of LIGHT Mentoring is to challenge youth to become zealous in making a transformation within themselves in order to be great leaders. The program provides guidance by redirecting and advising those who are in need of support in everyday living. We challenge our youth to be leaders in school, in social life and positive citizens in their communities. Far from just a mentoring program, L.I.G.H.T was established to give all the opportunity to utilize their leadership ability in their community and in their schools. LIGHT encourages not only those who possess leadership ability but also individuals who strive to turn their disruptive behavior into productive performance. LIGHT Mentoring brings patience and devotion to the transformation process of greatness. LIGHT works with youth individually, guiding them to identify with who they are and eventually be noticed as ambassadors, leaders, and soon mentors within LIGHT Mentoring. LIGHT is a commitment. LIGHT is dedication. LIGHT is a challenge. LIGHT is growth. Those apart of LIGHT are faithful in the mission of "collective work, responsibility and unity."
