This system offers surgeons a simplified workflow with robust results.Although not currently available in the United States, ISD has also developed The Altum® Pedicle Osteotomy System. Altum decompresses spinal nerve tissue by lengthening the pedicles and is the first and only minimally invasive cure for lumbar spinal stenosis that maintains the natural dynamics of the spine.
