We are DEGREED Accountants. We have solid understanding of accounting and tax principles. We also have knowledge on business law. We are hands-on, nut-and-bolt people. We set up your Quickbooks file. We use bottom-up approach; i.e. we ask / or suggest final reports you might find most useful. We set-up the books so that the daily processing of invoices, bills, payroll are easy to do. And at the end of the month, we can generate the intended reports. For contractors, jobs reports are important. We make sure we put in the right set-up. And they make daily tasks easy. We are -- OLD-SCHOOL. If you want RESULTS, we are confident that results will be DELIVERED REGULARLY and CONSISTENTLY. Our billing is the most moderate. We do not bill you for our travel time and costs. But you have to give us 6 hours or preferably 8 hours a day to justify our travel. It can be once a week, once every 2 weeks, or etc. For a very moderate fee, you get a capable ACCOUNTANT on YOUR site taking care of most of the bookkeeping stuff. We process the paperwork.
