MMSC is a 125 bed acute care facility, with a state-of-the-art Diagnostic Imaging Department, Cardiac Catheterization Lab and Rehabilitation Center.MMSC employees 700 health care professionals. The hospital also owns and operates four primary care medical clinics in Marshalltown, Conrad, State Center and Toledo.Marshalltown Medical & Surgical Center (MMSC), is the only full service medical center in our area. More than 60,000 residents depend on MMSC for a wide variety of health care services, and around the clock emergency care, and a host of outreach programs designed to meet the healthcare needs of the community. The hospital is accredited by the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).
