Proactive's revolutionary Drent Goebel VSOP offset press utilizes a specialized system (Electron Beam curing) of the inks and coatings that does not require light or heat and uses far less power and GHG's than the conventional offset presses. The product off this press branded as ECO-LITH runs on the roll to roll press which has many efficiency advantages such as 3 times the running speed and sleeve set up outside the machine as it is running.Charactized as litho preprint the operation combines its printed roll stock on an Asitrade laminator that requires cold glue on the printed liner which also uses less power. The Asitrade which is fitted with European flute profile corrugating rolls allows for the utilization of lighter liners, maintaining higher top to bottom compression strength, with lower fiber content and replaces doublewall in many instances. The lighter liner board has been branded as ECO-BOARD.
