• DESTIHL® Holdings is microbrewery and full-service restaurant company featuring industry-leading brands that include DESTIHL Restaurant & Brew Works and DESTIHL Brewery. The company was founded on the promise of supporting flavor and boycotting bland. We operate two company-owned gastrobrewpub locations (Normal, IL and Champaign, IL) and a production/microbrewery location (currently in Bloomington, IL). The menu at our gastrobrewpubs focus on bold flavors that pair well with a wide array of innovative beers for every palate. We are not bound to any particular cooking genre or beer styles. Rather, our commitment is grounded upon an inventive approach to classic American-inspired pub fare and global cooking and brewing traditions. Our bars not only feature DESTIHL beer, but also adventurous house cocktails, a distinctive wine list and many locally crafted spirits. Together, we create energetic environments that encourage our guests to share in the excitement. Our microbrewery team combines centuries-old global brewing traditions and new American craft brewing ingenuity & artisanship to produce a wide array of beers for every palate. We brew more styles of beer because we have a passion for brewing and because you have a passion for unique, craft beers. The result is a diverse offering of intensely flavorful beers that are anything but bland, from our award-winning WiLD SOUR Series, barrel-aged Saint Dekkera® Reserve Sour Ales and Dosvidanya® Russian Imperial Stout, to our many Belgian-style beers, IPA's, other wood-aged beers, classic styles and exciting seasonals.
