- River City Advocacy, Inc is a peer based mental health care company in New Braunfels, Texas providing a three tiered approach to mental health wellness and recovery. We offer peer support individually and in groups, life skills classes, as well as individual, couples, and family counseling. Our counseling services are based on a sliding scale fee system. Our Staff: Merideth Erickson, PhD is our Executive Director Susan Tjernagle is our Peer Program Director Sarah Meckel, LPC, CART is our Counseling Program Director, Anger Management Specialist, and LPC Tiffany D. Fuentes is our Development Director Adam Robinson is our Certified Peer Specialist and Office Assistant Hannah G.
