- Key Resources, Inc., (KRI) founded in 1988 by Ray Overby, is an organization of seasoned Information Security risk mitigation professionals. We have extensive knowledge, skills, and experience with the architecture of the IBM® z/OS® Operating System. The majority of our client base is comprised of Fortune 100 businesses in the Financial and Insurance sectors that are running mission critical systems containing personally identifiable client data.We offer an array of Information Security services and software products. Our premier product is The z/Assure® Vulnerability Analysis Product (VAP). z/Assure VAP protects the integrity of your mainframe by performing automated, real-time binary code scans to identify severe security code vulnerabilities (SSCVs). Each SSCV identified by z/Assure VAP is roughly equivalent to an 8.4 out of 10 on the common vulnerability scoring system (CVSS), an open industry standard for identifying software vulnerabilities. The z/Assure VAP product is unique in that it performs binary code scans of IBM z/OS, third-party software products, and client-written code. The automated reports provide concise information that identifies the SSCVs and their exact location allowing the code owner to quickly mitigate the vulnerability.
