• Originally this company was created to provide our family with a regular income while working from home. At that time they referred to it as a cottage industry. It had always been a dream of mine to work from home, name my hours and be available to our children as needed. Once I acquired that first transcription contract from a local railroad we were off and running! My dream came true - I could head to the basement at 4 a.m., work until I needed to take the kids to school, and then back to the basement. That was over 20 years ago and the kids are grown! Today we are located in our own building, employ 10 full-time employees, 10 contractors and handle multiple transcription contracts! This Company has the best employees who work together in teams - Transcription Team, Discipline Letter Team, and Medical Letter Team. In 2015 our team transcribed and certified over 1,700 disciplinary hearings (varying in length from 5-800 pages) and over 14,000 discipline and medical letters. We know what is expected from us and we get the job done!We get excited to see new digital files uploaded through our website or into the FTP Folder or in Dropbox! Regardless of the content our staff will do their very best to provide you with an accurate transcript within your timeline.
