Description

• BlackBird Annual Fund Program gives private schools and colleges a great way to connect with their Class Agents or volunteer fundraisers. When the Class Agent logs in using computer or tablet they will see the list of their assigned classmates to call. They can email to them, call them, log a new pledge, and send updated contact information to the school's development staff. BlackBird AF program is simple to use. The Class Agent has only two screens to work with, a list of their assigned classmates and a detail screen . . . similar to any online email program. The Class Agent can begin work with no training, or view a short video as a guide. The school or college's development staff can instantly see the Class Agent's activity. Number of logins, pledges and donations generated, and any updates on contact information the the Class Agent sends to the staff. BlackBird AF will save precious time and money over the current practice of sending out multiple Excel spread sheets over the course of a campaign. Your information is encrypted with state-of-the-art technology both in communications to and from our server and on the database itself. BlackBird AF runs on the major browsers, IE, Chrome and Safari. It is designed to work on either computer or tablet device.
