Frank and Bruce have founded Greenhill Partners to leverage their prior years of operating and development experience and create an entity that can capitalize on the growing needs of the nation's colleges, universities, and student housing population. Each principal brings unique managerial, entrepreneurial, financial, and technical real estate and business skills to the company.
