• CNC Engineering was established in 1984, and has offices in the City of Industry and Irvine. We are an award winning civil engineering and land surveying company serving various public agencies throughout Southern California. Our expertise includes planning, design, city services and construction services for public works and land development projects. Our staff of over 40 employees has successfully delivered projects involving topographic surveys and right of way, roadway rehabilitation, roadway modifications, drainage, water quality, utilities relocations, sewer rehabilitation, traffic design, construction related services and permits from various agencies including Caltrans, Los Angeles County and Orange County, as well as oversight, plan checking and augmentation of staff. CNC is MBE certified with the City of Los Angeles. We have 13 registered professional civil engineers, 1 registered land surveyor and have staff with other specialized certificates such as Qualified Storm Water Developer (QSD), Certified Storm Water Inspector (CSI), Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) and Envision Sustainable Professional (ENV SP). Our staff are from diverse backgrounds and are fluent in many languages in addition to English, including Spanish, Cantonese, Mandarin and Tagalog, which will effectively serve the demographics represented in Southern California.
