• Fóumami (pronounced Foo-mah-mee), a fast casual Asian restaurant concept, is an inventive Asian sandwich bar serving breakfast, lunch and dinner options - Asian-inspired sandwiches, salads, soups and beverages - to stay or to go. Family recipes and traditional flavors from China, Japan and Korea provide the foundation on which Fóumami designs its signature dishes, most notably of which are its sandwiches served on hand-made freshly baked Shao Bing (a Chinese flatbread) unleavened bread that is crisp and flaky on the outside, yet soft and chewy on the inside.Established and headquartered in Boston, MA in 2010, Fóumami - brainchild of Michael Wang, a 3rd generation restaurateur and Harvard MBA - opened its doors to the public in the summer of 2010 on July 20th in the heart of Boston's bustling Financial District.
