The Hire Talent

Description

• We are a pre-employment assessment company that helps business leaders uncover the often intangible qualities that make people successful in the workplace. Our assessments measure a variety of key qualities in people, including: Aptitude | This takes into account whether this person is inclined to enjoy or like doing the work assigned to them. People who are mismatched for jobs often struggle because their natural orientations are towards different activities than the ones assigned to them. Competency | This measure determines the degree to which this person can utilize their skills, abilities and experience to perform at a high level. Important qualities such as initiative, communication and motivation are measured. Attitude | We have all experienced a very competent individual who has the talent and skills to perform at a high level and yet may be disruptive to others and not take responsibility for his or her actions. This kind of person can be viewed as a problem generator, for displaying combative, blaming, dishonest and unsupportive behaviors that hurt the team and overall productivity. Basic Skills | We also have a variety of basic skill assessments that cover areas such as sales, math, logic, and details. Contact us today to try out some of our assessments and see how The Hire Talent can help your organization hire only top caliber talent.
