The Satay Hut Gourmet Food Truck was opened in 2012 by Rik & Mayme Micola von Furstenrecht, residents of North Phoenix. Rik had a desire to share his passion and knack for grilling some of the best Dutch-Indonesian satay around and what better way than a food truck! It is our goal to provide you with unique and delicious cuisine presented in in a fun way at a location near you. Each meal is made with care from the best ingredients sourced as much as possible from local businesses. We are proud members of Local First Arizona and the Phoenix Street Food Coalition. We have thoroughly enjoyed having the opportunity to bring Dutch-Indonesian food to the valley and have been humbled by the support and love we have received from the community! We cant wait to share Dutch-Indonesian cuisine with you!
