• Gator Gaming is a Gaming Organization at the University of Florida ran by a group of talented students that provides an Up-Scale Gaming Experience at UF, Gainesville and the surrounding communities. These events are subjected but not limited to the following:Gaming Tournaments, Art & Music Glorification, Sponsor Booths, Corporate Speakers, Giveaways, and countless networking opportunities.Gator Gaming is most notable for winning Q1 of the Razer University Showdown, a competition designed to find the largest/best University-Gaming organization in the world.Gator Gaming is also renowned for providing the Largest Free-Gaming Event in the Southeastern United States, titled GatorLAN. This event occurs three times per year and hosts video game startups, spectators, computer and console players to partake in a series of tournaments. GatorLAN also involves presentations from industry speakers and sponsors, prizes and giveaways, the Art Corner for Arts & Music Festivities, and a Main Stage Experience reminiscent of some of the best Major League gaming events in the world. The purpose of GatorLAN is to provide a unique Gaming Experience where players, enthusiasts and fans can network and play games while enjoying their common interests in a group setting.The unique selling point?
