- Cayenne Capital utilizes a managed account structure where clients open, control, and retain custody of their funds. We simply have the ability to trade the account. Unlike mutual funds or hedge funds which commingle funds with other investors, managed accounts are in the name of the individual client. Accounts can be monitored 24 hours a day and can be accessed or deactivated at anytime. All client accounts are 100% cash at market close allowing all of us to sleep well at night. Moreover, our clients are not invested or at risk in the market for the majority of each trading day. We average only 2 to 3 crisp fast trades a day. Most trades are of an hour in length and only 3% to 5% of available capital is used to enter each trade.Due to the volatile nature of trading the foreign currency exchange market, we follow strict risk management principals. A balance between targeting trading profits with acceptable pre-determined possible losses is applied prior to entering into new positions. Position exposures and potential losses that accounts may incur in unfavorable market movements are continuously monitored. All trades are approved by two traders before execution.
