Headquartered in Russell Springs, Kentucky but serving the nation with numerous testing options, devices, lab partnerships, it is Premiers desire is to help stem the growing issue of drug abuse for employers and businesses. In addition, Premier services Alcohol & Electronic Monitoring in TN, Private Probation, Family Courts and Pretrial programs in KY.
