- Western NIS Enterprise Fund (WNISEF) is a $150 000 000 regional private equity fund, a pioneer in Ukraine and Moldova with more than two decades of successful experience investing in small and medium-sized companies. WNISEF was funded by the U.S. government via U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID). Since inception, WNISEFs cumulative investments total over $168 000 000 to 118 companies in Ukraine and Moldova. WNISEFs portfolio of investments in Ukraine and Moldova is managed by Horizon Capital. WNISEF started a $30 000 000 three-year legacy program funded by a portion of the profits earned from its investment activities. The goals and objectives of the legacy program are to assist Ukraine and Moldova with further development of sound economic policies and leadership during this critical time in their respective histories. The program in Ukraine will operate through the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine, its government beneficiary. - Western NIS Enterprise Fund (WNISEF) перший в Україні та Молдові регіональний фонд прямих інвестицій з капіталом у розмірі $150 000 000. Він має більш ніж двадцятирічний успішний досвід інвестування у підприємства малого та середнього бізнесу. Фінансування WNISEF здійснювалось Урядом США через Агентство США з міжнародного розвитку (USAID). Від часу заснування WNISEF інвестував понад $168 000 000 у 118 компаній в Україні та Молдові. Управління інвестиційним портфелем WNISEFв Україні та Молдові здійснюється Horizon Capital. Western NIS Enterprise Fund (WNISEF) розпочав нову трирічну програму розміром $30 000 000, що фінансується за рахунок частини прибутків, отриманих WNISEF від інвестиційної діяльності. Мета програми - допомоги Україні та Молдові розробити ґрунтовну економічну політику та розширити лідерські можливості у цей критичний історичний момент. В Україні Програма буде здійснюватись за участі Міністерства економічного розвитку та торгівлі України, яке виступає бенефіціаром від уряду.
