The project goals include improving the employment rate in Indianapolis by providing training programs to those who are seeking full time employment, and after a 4-6 week intensive training course, connect them with employers who are in need of workers that are ready for employment in the pertaining field. STProfessionals ensures the success of these training courses through the partnerships with effective modules and certified training companies.
