I have been focusing primarily on strength training for my clients for 20 years because research has proven that adults lose approximately six pounds of muscle every decade and therefore we believe that maintaining a strong musculoskeletal system is a priority for quality of life in the long run. Gaining and maintaining muscle has numerous benefits including: prevents muscle loss, maintaining physical capacity to perform daily living tasks, improve bone density, increase caloric burn, promote fat free body mass and more! Although strength training is the foundation to our boutique studio I know that we have several systems in the body and theyre all very important. Therefore, I see the benefit of incorporating aerobic training, functional training, endurance training, core training and flexibility. I stay on the cutting edge of the latest fitness trends and incorporate them into our routines, keeping your workout fresh, fun, and effective. The programs are written to maintain the gains that you get from each prior session, keep you progressing, and keep you entertained. I always stay grounded in our many years of wellness experience so that you get exactly what you need to be successful. Each week you will challenge all of your muscle groups as well as learn exciting new movement skills that will show you new possibilities of what your body is capable
