• K-zell Metals, Inc. was established in October of 1986. The focus of the business is specialty fabrication and contract manufacturing. Currently, K-zell Metals offers its customers a diverse array of capabilities. K-zell Metals adds value to our customers products by performing one or more processes that the customer either lacks the time, equipment, or expertise to perform. Processing includes cutting (laser and shear), punching, forming (on press brakes or on plate /sheet rolls), tube bending, robotic and manual welding and polishing. Materials range from hot rolled mild steel, stainless steel, aluminum, bronze and some exotics. K-zell Metals, Inc. has invested in equipment, talent, and process improvements and developed expertise that allows us to streamline fabrication in ways most shops do not. K-zell employs five degreed Engineers to assist our customers in assuring their products can be manufactured in the most effective manner possible. The customer base for K-zell Metals is quite broad. Some clients are manufacturers for whom we produce completed components or subassemblies. For other customers, K-zell Metals simply cuts, punches or bends customer furnished material. Many customers have K-zell fabricate a complete custom project. This broad customer base and the ability to provide a wide range of fabrication capabilities, has allowed K-zell Metals to grow. Products fabricated range from gas turbine inlet air filtration systems, ceramic composite armor holding frames, military seating, art work, custom evaporative coolers and outdoor advertising signs to polished stainless steel counter tops, door frames and the proverbial special stainless steel kitchen sink.
