Our welding division is the only staffing company in the state of Oklahoma that has a state certification weld test facility on site! We train and test potential workers daily for fabricators throughout Tulsa and the surrounding area, saving customer's valuable time and dollars. STAND-BY's Weld Test Facility minimizes the need to dedicate valuable shop floor space for testing and training allowing shop floor supervisors and management to concentrate on product throughput and productivity. If your needs are less specialized, or if you need help setting up and/or managing/staffing a special event, our general labor division can deliver dependable workers 24-hours a day.
