Our mission is to provide a comprehensive home health care program of the highest quality to patients in their place of residence. We strive to provide services in a dignified, humane, and cost effective manner. We believe that our company is as good as the Visiting Staff that provides the services that we offer. That is why we are proud to say that we maintain a highly experienced staff in Home Health Nursing and Home Health Therapy. They are multilingual with prompt and fastidious care coordination with the various care providers that the patient needs. Our skilled staff goes to Los Angeles County, Orange County, Long Beach, San Gabriel Valley and San Bernardino County. We are also pleased to announce that our Agency earned a star rating of 4 ½ out of 5 stars using the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Star Rating. We were also named one of the top 25% of agencies in Home Health Performance Measures in 2014 (Nationwide) by National Research Corporation and DecisionHealth.
