• EnviroReview's staff has a total of over 100 years of consulting experience in the environmental consulting industry in the United States and portions of the Far East. We have conducted thousands of Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs), Property Condtion Assessments, IAQ Assessments, and Water Intrusion/Mold Assessments for a wide range of local and national clients, including banks, debt buyers, agency lenders, investment banks, developers, insurance companies, law firms and property owners. We have evaluated every property type including multifamily residential, retail, office, industrial and hospitality.In addtion to our environmental consulting experience, our staff has comparable experience serving the capital markets and real estate industries as analysts and deal makers for multi-million development projects, distressed debt evaluations, brownfields assessments, and recently have managed and completed work-outs for multiple lending institutions. Especially in this economic climate, our staff is motivated in preventing and solving our client's problems as quick and cost-effectively as possible. Our goal is to establish and maintain only long-term relationships with our clients by serving their best interests everytime we're called upon.We are currently searching to hire business development managers that are ambitious, enthuised, and independent. Roles include; sales calls, meetings, getting referrals, and building a substantial account database. Job is flexible and you can work from home. We want go-getters!
