• Health Advocacy Solutions champions consumer-centered innovations to improve the health of all Americans. We collaborate with partners to develop and implement new strategies to improve health outcomes; empower patients, families, and communities to achieve high quality care; and foster grassroots, forward-thinking solutions to our nation's most vexing healthcare problems.Our clients benefit from the expertise of interdisciplinary professionals working in patient and healthcare advocacy, social science research, e-health technologies, and social entrepreneurship.Founded in 2006, Health Advocacy Solutions is overseen by a an executive director, supported by a volunteer team of advisors, and governed by a board of directors drawn from the communities we serve. In June of 2009, we received formal 501(c)(3) recognition from the IRS as a charitable, tax-exempt organization.Our FundingWe fund our work through a combination of grants, donations, and strategic consulting to support projects that share our mission.
