- JBRs Mission JBR offers an environment for personal growth and transformation during and after recovery through storytelling, community support, educational resources, and recovery and survivor related services.VisionJBR aims to be the largest community of survivors that share and inspire positive growth as a result of personal trauma. Executive SummaryJBR is a community platform designed to support people through the process of redefining their lifes narrative after a life-altering or traumatic experience. Users can connect with likeminded people with similar experiences to share ideas, inspiration, and support each other through the recovery process and beyond. JBR is membership-based. Joining is free and founded on five pillars: 1) creating unique profiles to promote their personal brand and recovery journey with custom URL, 2) design beautifully customized stories to share through JBRs integrated sharing tools, 3) create campaigns related to their recovery for a cause or project, 4) engage in community discussions, 5) and participate in online courses on personal transformation and resilience. Other membership options grant access to Recovery Courses on Personal Transformation and Building Resilience, offers members to build a personal brand, and utilize tools and workshops on how to turn the users recovery journey into a book, website, and even their own platform to include products and services. JBRs Affiliate membership program are approved services that offer anything from writing courses to healing retreats at a discounted rate to other JBR members interested in their services. Many survivors have gone on to create products, services, and spreading new ideas related to their experiences, however, there is currently no centralized community offering the mentioned services and support.
