Our educational materials, discussion-based pedagogy, and ongoing community of support create an environment that enables our participants to:1) Build confidence and self-esteem,2) Discover new concepts and ideas,3) Explore new choices,4) Challenge societal norms, and5) Influence the direction of social change.By encouraging our participants of all genders to examine their motivations, assumptions, and perceptions of the female identity, we intend to spread conversations about gender outward into communities through friends, partners, colleagues, and even strangers. We believe these conversations are often the essential pieces that lead to awareness, understanding, and action in our communities.
