• Our long history in Industrial & Environmental Services can be traced back to the late 1970s and over the years the company evolved to become Progressive Technical Services Ltd (PTS) based in Cardiff, South Wales. Our range of Industrial, Environmental & Waste Disposal Services have been utilised to meet the requirements of Government Agencies, Local Authorities, Public Utilities, National and Multi-National companies and independent oil, chemical and lubricant storage facilities, food and beverage manufacturers throughout the United Kingdom and Ireland.For many years we have worked on the majority of the major petrochemical and bulk storage facilities here in the United Kingdom. Progressive has not limited its operations solely to the United Kingdom and Ireland, we have supplied specialist refinery services in the Middle East both as contractors and advisor's, and contaminated land projects in Eastern Europe. We have provided services to clients in other countries such as Norway, Cyprus, Gibraltar and Turkey and have carried out training courses in Yemen and the United Arab Emirates.Progressive are in the enviable position of being able to draw on the seventy-five years of experience that its management team have within the petrochemical, oil, gas and power industries. PTS encompasses the experience gathered from years of innovation, knowledge, delivery of contracts to time and budget and all with an excellent Health and Safety record.
