- INTotal Health is a Managed Care Organization (MCO) that specializes in Medicaid services and helps more than 58,000 members throughout Northern Virginia, Alleghany/Roanoke, Culpeper, Winchester and the southwestern regions of Virginia. Our job is to improve access to high-quality care for our members while reducing costs for taxpayers. INTotal Health is accredited by the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) and has met rigorous requirements for consumer protection and quality improvement for its well-established service programs and clinical quality.INTotal Health is part of Inova, a not-for-profit healthcare system based in Northern Virginia serving more than two million people each year in the greater Washington D.C. area. Inova has grown from one hospital in 1956 to a nationally recognized, comprehensive network of hospitals, outpatient services and facilities, primary and specialty care physician practices, health plans and health and wellness initiatives.We're committed to improving the health of the Medicaid member we serve through excellent care coordination with our provider network and community partners.
