• Planned Parenthood Northern California (PPNorCal) provides health care and education services to more than 155,000 women, men, and young people at 23 locations, including 20 full-service health centers and 3 additional locations, in 20 counties throughout Northern California. We work to increase access to high-quality healthcare and to advance reproductive freedom by providing medical services, information and advocacy. Our organization has a current operating budget of $52 million and a staff of more than 450 dedicated professionals. Planned Parenthood Northern California offers confidential, non-judgmental healthcare to all regardless of income, insurance, or immigration status. Our experienced and caring medical staff gives each client accurate information and personal attention. We provide a full range of reproductive and general health services including affordable birth control, lifesaving cancer screenings, prenatal care, testing and treatment of STDs, abortion services, and counseling. Our Community Services and Education Programs is one of the most highly regarded in the country. We are proud to provide age-appropriate sex education and case management services to over 55,000 youth, teens, parents, and adults annually. Our trained health educators and case managers design presentations, programs, and services which utilize the significant resources of the entire organization and are tailored to the diverse needs of the communities they serve. Planned Parenthood Northern California is a strong advocate for policies and legislation that advance reproductive rights and health. Together with our dedicated donors we help to ensure all teens and families have access to sex education, secure funding for family planning services for clients of all income levels, and work to advance a commonsense approach to sexual and reproductive health based on respect for each individual's right to make informed, independent decisions without political interference.
