• The mission of Teal Diva is to celebrate life. Teal Diva is a sisterhood of gynecologic kancer survivors dedicated to celebrating victories, honoring memories, empowering women, educating the community and funding diagnostic research. We celebrate life together and individually! While our primary focus is the survivors, we want you to know: A Teal Diva is any woman affected by ovarian or any gynecological kancer; whether as a survivor or through a friend, mother, sister, grandmother, daughter, aunt, wife, etc. We are Divas with attitude; with a fresh take on life. We color outside the lines when it comes to kancer like why do we spell kancer with a 'k'? Visit our web-site and read the story. We participate in community events that raise awareness of ovarian and other gynecologic kancers and those that celebrate our lives as women. We attend conferences in an effort to learn the latest discoveries with our kancers. We are Divas on the move and beginning in 2013, we are finding our fit after kancer through running and walking events, triathlons, yoga classes, cross-fit training, biking, etc. Not just through exercising but our 'new' fit in life after cancer.
