We are a consulting firm with offices in Rochester, Binghamton, Albany, and Buffalo, New York and Allentown, Pennsylvania, specializing in providing state-of-the-art structural, transportation, environmental and geotechnical engineering services, as well as construction inspection and land surveying. We are committed to providing technically sound and customized solutions to our clients that include state, municipal and private organizations. At RE&LS, we strive to exceed our clients' expectations for responsiveness, efficiency and timeliness in delivery of services.Our team is made up of licensed engineers and land surveyors registered throughout the northeastern United States supported by a strong staff of technicians. We have partnered with clients in a variety of projects including educational, medical, residential, religious, retail, commercial, institutional, municipal, infrastructure, aviation and transportation. We are a certified MBE consulting firm providing services to architects, engineers, owners, developers, contractors and government agencies.
