- WorkAbilities, Inc is a publicly-funded, private, not-for-profit organization that serves adults with developmental disabilities. WorkAbilities is licensed by the Minnesota Department of Human Services as a Day Training & Habilitation Services provider (DT & H), and has operated under a contract with Hennepin County since 1954. WorkAbilities also provides Pre-Vocational and Structured Day services under this contract with Hennepin County.WorkAbilities employs over 200 workers and we provide a reliable and dependable work force. We are competitive in our bids with every piece quality checked. We have great customer retention due to our commitment to excellence. We stand behind our work and value great customer service.
