- The Evergreen Association of Western New York, Inc. is a multi-agency service group working collectively to address the healthcare and related needs of individuals and families living in the eight counties of Western New York (WNY). The Association provides medical, pharmacy, housing, mental health, nutrition, transportation and syringe exchange services, as well as health education, health promotion and disease-specific prevention programs to over 13,000 individuals.The Association works with the poor, the under-served and stigmatized individuals dealing with multiple chronic diseases such as HIV/AIDS, diabetes and heart disease, mental health challenges, substance abuse, as well as a variety of sexual minorities, many whom are inadequately treated by mainstream providers.The Evergreen Association is the parent corporation of five nonprofit agencies; Evergreen Health Services, Evergreen Medical Group, Community Access Services, Pride Center of WNY, and Benedict House.
