• Xtreme Laser Marking uses the latest Fiber Laser technology for Laser Engraving and Deep Laser Engraving. This system allows us to engrave at resolutions up to 1250 DPI, yielding extremely fine graphics and text when required. That kind of precision coupled with out trademark D-150 Laser Process, enables us to engrave even the most complex graphics into metal surfaces (see our Gallery for a few examples). Laser engraving is widely used by the Aerospace, Medical Device, and Mold Making Industries. Laser Engraving uses the same equipment and methods as Laser Marking, but at much greater surface depths. See our Laser Marking page for more information. We can engrave virtually all metals and alloys as well as many plastics, and on plated and powdercoated surfaces. We engrave to virtually all Laser Engraving/Marking standards, especially military, aircraft or medical standards, most of which we have on file. Common specifications include AS478, MIL-STD-130, ES-1, and many others (see table below). We have experience with logos, 2D barcodes, serialization, part numbering, IUID numbers, and graphics. We mark on difficult surfaces including round or sloping angles. Lasers have the advantage of being able to reach into deeper recesses than other marking methods, and are generally more adaptable to surface imperfections.
