• SUPERIOR RAPID RESPONSE IS A CERTIFIED IICRC FIRM Our goal is to offer high quality, affordable carpet, tile & grout and upholstery cleaning to the residential and commercial communities in Sarasota and the surrounding area. In order to reach our goal, we at Superior Rapid Response have initiated a technician training program that covers: Customer Service. Thorough training in the use of all cleaning equipment. Familiarization & knowledge of cleaning agents & their appropriate application. Knowledge of proper procedures for cleaning residential carpets, tile and grout and upholstery. Knowledge of proper procedures for cleaning commercial carpets, tile and grout and upholstery. Knowledge of spot removal procedures and cleaning agents. Spots can be removed, Stains are permanent. In house, hands on training programs. Company sponsored IICRC certified courses. All technicians are required to take and pass certification courses. A promise by management to our technicians to stay current on the latest cleaning equipment and technology.
