We are the only Kentucky based firm to be members of both the Fannie Mae Retained Attorney Network for Kentucky, and the Freddie Mac Designated Counsel program for Kentucky. The firm's Default Legal Services Division, routinely handles foreclosure, bankruptcy, eviction, litigation, loss mitigation, and compliance issues for its residential and commercial mortgage origination and servicing clients. This Division also handles automobile replevin and bankruptcy services, and other secured lending issues that arise in Kentucky. The firm's Real Estate Services Division, routinely conducts residential and commercial title searches throughout all of Kentucky's 120 counties. In addition, the firm provides residential and commercial closing services, including REO services, throughout the entire Commonwealth of Kentucky. The firm is an approved title insurance agent for First American Title, Chicago Title, and Old Republic Title, and the firm provides title and closing services in Indiana and Ohio. We provide in-house title examination and closing services through our firm's large staff of title examiners and closing specialists.On April 1, 2017 the firm merged with Reimer Law Co. in Ohio ( in order to provide a broader range of services to our clients. With this merger, our organizational depth and resources, along with our strong commitment to regulatory compliance and innovative use of technology will grow.
